Stroller Strides Chicago North Shore is a fitness group for moms.  It is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby or toddler all at the same time. The classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors. Each class includes a Power Walk with body toning intervals. Tourette Connection is a meet-up group for anyone whose life is affected by Tourette Syndrome: self, spouse, partner, child, sibling, teacher, health professional, etc. Children are welcome to attend-supervision, snacks, crafts, and games are provided. Our next meeting is March 14th.  There is no charge to attend our monthly meetings.
